5. Cardholder can book any of the listed Elite Travel Service with a minimum of one retail transaction charged to the credit card every month.

6. Eligible Purchases made by both main and supplementary Cardholders will be eligible and include posted retail purchases made locally or overseas, and recurring payments like GIRO and Interest-free Instalment Payment Plan (only the amount billed on the credit card for any particular month and not the full instalment amount) and exclude fund transfers, financial charges, late charges, fees and tax payments via HSBC tax payment facility.

7. In case of any dispute, the decisions of HSBC on all matters relating to the privileges are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

8. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the privileges at any time without notice.
