Glasgow to london Gatwick early morning flights

easyJet airline to improve flight schedule on its Glasgow london Gatwick service from June 6 when it will introduce a new 7am service.

The airline will further increase capacity on its London routes by introducing a fourth daily flight between Glasgow and Gatwick airport which will be available from this winter.
Francois Bourienne, commercial director at Glasgow Airport, said: “This is great news from easyJet and I’m confident the early morning flight to Gatwick will prove extremely popular with members of the business community.
Hugh Aitken, easyJet’s commercial manager for Scotland, said: "Our flights between Scotland and London boast some of the highest percentages of business travellers across our entire network, so we wanted to thank Scottish customers for their loyalty by introducing these new and exciting products. In addition, passengers can avoid the hassle of Heathrow by choosing to fly to one of the three other London airports served by easyJet.”
“The airline’s Glasgow to London routes are already well used by business travellers, and the addition later this year of the fourth daily flight to Gatwick will further strengthen Glasgow Airport’s connectivity with London.”

easyJet has also introduced 'Scotland Flex', a new flexible ticketing arrangement which gives passengers the freedom to fly back from any London airport to any Scottish airport.
Scotland flex is a product which allows passengers with a booking between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness to London Stansted, Luton or Gatwick Airports to:
• fly back on an earlier flight from another London airport
• fly back to another Scottish airport
To use this service the passenger has to make their way to an alternate airport and request the change at the easyJet ticket desk. Acceptance of the chance is subject to availability and easyJet’s standard terms and conditions of carriage.
