Malaysia Airlines launched the Frontend Check-in Lounge, an upgraded and exclusive premium check-in facility at KL International Airport (KLIA) for Enrich Platinum/Gold Members and First/Business Class passengers
Experience a whole new level of on-ground service with our premium frontend check-in facility, exclusively for Enrich Platinum, First Class and Business Class guests. Located on the Departures level of KL International Airport, the frontend check-in lounge has been transformed into a cosy area facilitating more personalised service and enhanced comfort while you wait for your departure documents to be processed.
Meanwhile, with the introduction of this new lounge, Enrich Gold passengers travelling on Economy Class may now check in at their own dedicated counter at Row C, counters 1–3.
Availability
Counters close 45 minutes (for international flights) and 30 minutes (for domestic flights) before departure.
Telephone check-in
Check-in via telephone and arrive at the airport 30 minutes before take-off (40 minutes with check-in baggage). Call 1 300 88 3000 if you’re in Malaysia or contact your nearest Malaysia Airlines office if you’re overseas.

Get fast track immigration clearance upon arrival and departure at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Apart from these endeavours, Malaysia Airlines has improved the booking facilities for the convenience of all our customers via our enhanced web-site and MHBuddy on Facebook. Checking in for customers on the go can also be done via mobile, self-serve terminals and Fast Check-in kiosks at selected airports. Malaysia Airlines also plans to have Ticketing and Enrich Services on the departure level of KLIA for the further convenience of its customers.
