Hula networks bring together with friends & family a brighter day to the less fortunate children and elderly people of Nicaragua

Nicaragua is the second-poorest country in the Western Hemisphere after Haiti. 48% of its citizens live below the poverty line-under $ 2 per day. 50% of the Nicaraguan children are undernourished. Nicaragua faced with many hardships and is often drastically affected by stormy weather and hurricanes.

The city of El Transito, experienced a wrestling fishing village, significant destruction after the earthquake and the Tsunami of 1992. The people of the city still work desperately to recover from the loss of more than 100 villagers and the destruction of homes and entire fisheries infrastructure of the city.

Granada, the oldest colonial city in Central America is still working to overcome the devastation caused by earthquakes and a civil revolution, which caused enormous hardship from 1972 to 1990.

Hula networks is a California based telecommunications solutions provider maintenance carriers and large companies. Hula networks is also dedicated to helping people and communities around the world.

There are thousands of families, children and the elderly in Nicaragua that are in desperate need of food, living essentials and festive moments. Hula networks, family, and friends are on a mission for the elderly and young people of Nicaragua some basic needs. They also provide lively festivals for young children and their families to help build a strong sense of community.
